This is Weavel, one of the six new hunters from the Nintendo DS game Metroid Prime Hunters. Weavel's special weapon fires nuclear grenades with large explosions. Since he's a cyborg, he can split his body in half. You control the top half while the bottom half becomes a stationary gun.
